i can tell you one thing, not much effort was put into the bg. if this gets
accepted then there would be hundreds of these around. the wallpaper itself is
not very good quality and the characters are kind of small. sorry if i was
alittle harsh.
the background itself is grainy & the charaters dont fit with the bg at
all.
try to find SCANS , NOT srceen shots from the anime and stock images dont go
very good with this kind of thing anyway
Well the background is just a stock image which by the looks was just a smaller
image blown up, then there is the use of characters extracted from screenshots,
which in itself arent the best quality either, overall the image is of low
quality, generally screenshots should be avoided in scans unless they somehow
fit and arent low quality *i recommend dvd screenshots* but even so they really
shouldnt be used. If you want a decent background with stock images, go to a
stock image site.

place to state reasons why you think it should be restored.
The reasons have really been covered, overall the whole wall is blurry and low
quality with the background appearing to be unaltered stock, save for a resize
which further reduced the quality. The characters themselves are just as blurry,
suggesting use of screenshots which is generally not aloud.
The wall as it is now will not be restored, no further comments are necessary
