I'm a girl so...You don't need to do anything actually. Just be yourself. If the girl is interested in you, she'll show some signs (these things differ from person to person so I can't really tell you what 'signs'). Some girls are shy so they are waiting for the other person to make the first move! So just go up to her, smile (NATURALLY! Don't fake! BAD BAD!) and introduce yourself (if you don't know her) or say "Hi (name)! Nice to see you again! How have you been?" (if you know her)
Relax, be confident, be natural and smile and don't look so glum!
