Yeas, many times!
Like Fafner's ending. This was the last series that I watched and the ending
totally ruined it. I wish there could be other ways to finish it. The plot, the
scenes, the characters....I liked everything about it except it's ending.
Grrr....
There are many cases that I cannot recall now. But this happens all the time and
usually leave me unsatisfied despite of all other good things about it.
trinity blood is a CLASSIC example, it had sooooooo much potential to be an all
time favourite, bt the writer died midway in the story so it was cut and had a
rushed ending

really? :O TT_TT i thought that show would have an amazing ending...*ish
watching it right now* hmm... i never really got to watch alot of anime, but the
one's i watched had a great one
Yeah. Izumo is definitely one example. The artwork is so pretty but so
confusing! The girls look the same, same goes to some of the boys. The plot
seems interesting at first but you'll lose fascination in the next few episodes.
Too bad... The anime had a lot of potential, they just needed to tighten a few
screws and maybe they could be a hit anime.
the end really ruins some series...for example...inuyasha
and also another end i really don't like is the one in escaflowne. I'd like
hitomi to stay in Gaea and to marry Van!
i Think Noir had a lot of potential story-wize, but they dragged it so much that
it turned into the most boring thing i've ever seen. I cant think of an ending
that has ruined the series for me though
A lot of large series that are based on a manga, usually when they arrive at the
point when the manga is at that moment the ending they make is quite bad in most
of the cases.
(sorry for my english)
I agree with DarksideXD. After Kira came back, Gundam SEED Destiny, from that
point on, became a rip of Gundam SEED. There was just too much of him. And he
wasn't even Kira. He was a totally different guy, and it wasn't a good change.
That show had so much potential to become a great sequel with a new twist, but
instead, it became one big fanservice anime with an old twist...a very boring
old twist...
The ending of Inuyasha was...just...terrible...and the numerous fillers in that
anime...ugh.
Instead of creating a great ending, they decided to cut it off and create
movies.
I agree with Cagari, the amount of pointless fillers in Inuyasha is almost
shamefull. Dont get me wrong, I'd be completely fine with them if they did
anything to develope character relations, say perhaps between inuyasha and
kagome, sango and miroku, and even the odd one that sesshoumaru has with jakken
and rin. but no... most are just pointless and could be cut away entirely
without having any skips in plot developement.
and did anybody else ever wonder where the fourth IY film fit in? I still have
no idea - there is no suggestion of a place where it could fit in anywhere....
no plot connection at all. Though i do love the little hanyou children - so very
adorable.
Also, i was very unhappy with the ending of fullmetal alchemist - the series was
bloody brilliant, but the ending was such a terrible cliffhanger.... thats no
place for an artist or director to leave their audience.

Yeah, I'm always more devoted to the manga of a series than the anime, and if
they divert from the manga, it screws me all up. For instance, Fruits Basket.
LOVED the manga, watched the anime, got all pissed that they ended it less than
halfway through the series.
That's the reason I won't watch One Piece, becasue I've heard that 4kids
butchered it so.
I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but screw it.
The End of Evangelion really annoyed the sh*t out of me! Enough to make hate it
for a very long time! Otherwise, anime still does it for me!
Have there ever been a series, you thought could have been great, but one thing ruined it?
if so, what was it?
In many cases, the end ¬¬......
Well, there're many but the ones most often happened are
the endings and the pairings (sometime)...
The ending of Gilgamesh

I totally agree. The ending sometimes is what ruins the anime
all of gundam seed destiny after kira came back
The end can definitely ruin an anime. I can't remember the titles but the end ruined some for me, a few like three or so.
To much fillers (Naruto)
And a way to difficult plot

I'm really picky about what I watch or read so......rarely. There are a few but I can't think of them right now.

The ending of Inuyasha ruined it... I mean I couldn't stop crying for days... I couldn't even hear the word "inuyasha" with out crying :'(

Yeah
Spoiler:
If Kaname & Souske admitted their love for each other
at the end of FMP: The Second Raid.
Well, I thought Full Moon sounded really great before I got it, and it would of been great if it wasn't so kiddy and full of awful fillers
I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but screw it.
The End of Evangelion really annoyed the sh*t out of me! Enough to make hate it for a very long time! Otherwise, anime still does it for me!
RaXephon...everyone said it was a great series but it copies so much Evangelion that I will never even see the OP of it again
