Good layout, but little heavy. There are still many people without ADSL line in the world, using a 56k modem!
Do you mean I am. I wait for 2 min on 56k modem. It quite long.

like the design of those section titles 
Bold
colours, and eyecatchy, though I find after reading for a while those colours
tend to strain my eyes a bit...
