Forgett about it, I didn't read the notification correctly and didn't know that the scans were allready up. My mistake. Sorry. But I still have question on why http://home.galileo.edu/~luisdeleon/Anime/parhelia010.jpg was deleted.

This is already covered in the Policy of Minitokyo so I'll just quote:

So since that last image is the sketch it is deemed of not enough quality since greyscale images are not allowed.

Instead of saying so, why on Earth don't you report them?

Well honestly I don't report it because I don't have a problem with it. I know that you want to keep a standar of quality but honestly there some scans that I have gotten from other sites, that I can't tell that the quality is below your standars, and they look fine to me and I used theme. All Im saying is that there are some scans that look good and I see no point in taking theme out just for some quality rule. Im not saying that all bad scans shoud be left alone, but there are some that look good and I see no reason in taking theme out.

And why would that be?

If you have issue about the quality of a scan then report it.

You claim you don't have any issue with the quality of other scans, so there's nothing for you to complain about.

And ultimately, why do you care about that scan 'Pain and Sorrow'? You've never submitted that image!
