Well, I can see some extraction problems, especially around with Naruto logo,
and there seems to be some "left overs" from the original scan.
You also need your sig on your wall.
What reason did the mod/botchii give you when you got the notification about the
wall being deleted?
As was stated previously, the logo wasn't extracted well and the wall needs a
sig. Also, the clouds seem generic-like you just used the render clouds filter.
Try using some brushes instead and maybe play with the opacity. Naruto seems a
bit too 'yellow', so try darkening the scan a bit. I tend to do this by
duplicating my scan layer and setting it to darken. You could probably also use
a dark color and set it to Exclusion. Whichever way you prefer. ^_^ You should
also fill in the grass some more. Make two or three layers of grass-one behind
the scan and one in front at least.
In addition to the things pointed out by those other people, I'd like to mention
that there is a few stray lines in the sky, and the grass definitely needs
reworking; I can see the bottom of some of the grass brushes. Anyways, I hope
this helps and I hope everything works out.
the extraction has some problems, and also the quakity of the scan is not too
good, maybe u could vector it
the grass also isn't very good...the colours are weird and also maybe u could
make it with different layers, changing in each layer the size and colour or the
brush (the deeper, the darker)
in the sky i can see some lines too

I've re-extracted the title and tried to fix some other stuff.....just wanted to
show you guys the progress

No more lines from previous scan can be seen...
But the Naruto Logo... i suggest you take use a better quality image or scrap it
off and put something else...
I actually dont really have any problem about the clouds or whatsoever...
But i feel you should add more to the background...
Maybe a tree perhaps... because when i look at it.. i feel a feeling of
emptiness on the wallpaper... Might be just me... but thats just my suggestion..
Oh i forgot...
Put your name on it.. so no one steals it and we know its yours
