I need a program that I can put text on pictures. Perferably one i get get from download.com. anyone know one.
why dont u just use adobe photoshop? its easier to use as well...

Go with GIMP, similar to photoshop, and its free
humm yeah i have to say photoshop too .. heck u can even add a text with paint O.o
