i don't know how soul reapers become soul repears but i do know that there is a
soul repear academy and the soul repears attend that school but where but they
come from that is what i want to know are souls born in the soul society or are
they once human and when they die they get a chance to become a soul repear.
"how soul reapers become soul reapers" that don't make sense but i
know what you are asking. should have reworded to something like "how souls
become soul reapers". all souls in soul society were once humans that died.
one way of becoming a soul reaper is through the academy in soul society, but
you have to be dead lol. the other way, i'm guessing is if you carry the
bloodline which in this case is Ichigo. yes, this will include Yuzu and Karin as
well, they have the potential to become soul reapers. there's no reason why they
can't unless they're still too young. anyway i'm sure they hold that
possiblity.
as far as reproduction goes in soul society, there's no proof of that. families
are formed in an awkward way there. if you are lucky you might find your loved
ones that pasted away there.
p.s.
try using some punctuation next time...got me all confused reading that long
sentence of yours ^_________^
Out of all the souls of the dead who enter the Soul Society, a small proportion
have exceptional levels of reiatsu (spiritual energy). This ranges from
above-average (i.e. your average non-seated Gotei 13 member) to phenomenal (i.e.
Ichigo, Kenpachi). Such souls have the potential to train and become Shinigami.
Becoming Shinigami hinges on one's reiatsu, which must be powerful enough for
one to manifest a sword, use kido, etc. Individuals like Ichigo merely possess
souls that already have Shinigami potential, but are activated (i.e. Rukia
activated Ichigo's potential by tranferring some of her power to him) before
they die.
The Soul Society has people already born there, it is like another world. So
families can be born there just in the human world and the butterflies are the
spirits of the dead that pass on.
if you remember that Rukia told the cockatiel boy that in the Soul Society you
don't get tired, or hungry. But Renji and Rukia stole food to survive. So tHat
is even more evidence that the people who live in the Soul Society are not the
same as the dead.

so what you are saying is that more souls can be born in the soul society and
the have the oppitutnity to become a soul repear.
Ok. Soul Society is like a spiritual reality. There's residential districts
where all the souls live. In the Bleach pilot chapter, Rukia told Ichigo that
when a soul is sent to Soul Society, it remains there for 60 years before it's
permitted to be reborn into the human world.
The comment about people eating food and such in soul society simply refers to
spiritual powers. People with high spiritual abilities need to eat in order to
stay energized. The reason Rukia and Renji had to eat was because they were
exerting theirselves making those energy balls and such. People with little to
no powers, or no desire to even use it, don't have to eat.
If someone wnats to become a shinigami, they simply go to the Shinigami Academy
and enroll, I believe. I'm not sure of the databook touched on this. Anyways,
I'm sure you need the ability to control your reiatsu.
Also, reproduction in the soul society is probably very possible. Noble families
in the soul society, for instance. Of course, there's a possibility they were
simply families with above average reiatsu, who got reunited. But, Kubo's made
quite a few retcons and plotholes, so questions like that aren't really
something to worry about too much.
(I know I mostly strayed off topic, but I had to correct/comment some things
said here because I'm anal like that)
