Please explain to me why was my "Laughter Land" scan deleted, because
i really don't understand! It was in good quality, it wasn't blurred, the
dimensions were ok, and the characters where visible... This isn't the first
time this happens but i never understood why Please tell me so that next time I can be more careful with the submissions!

I had 4 scans like this one and they were all from the same game, but only one
of them wasn't deleted! How come?
Exactly the same reason... I can only assume that the moderator who deleted the
three missed thr fourth.
The best thing to do is avoid official wallpapers. They so often are filled up
with a secondary ghosted image. In this case, as with your first query, the main
figure is below the minimum 1,000,000 pixels required.

The scan is an official wallpaper, and it suffers from the same problem that many official walls suffer from...
Small characters.
If you crop out the characters, even all of them together, it's too small to meet the minimum 1,000,000 pixell requirment.
