he's bad. he's greedy for death. other people's death. and he wants to kill my
boyfriend, ( L Lawliet). that makes him really bad. and he thinks of himself as
a god. disgusting.
he's drunk with power...power to be God.

Light has a good and-- what can I say? "pure" mind at first. It was
the Death Note that made him into something.... pure evil and extremely power
hungry... His purpose, as he himself puts it, wants to bring justice to this
world. What he's just doing is the same with what the criminal he punishes was
in jail for. Murder, deceit and the likes... Damn, I hate his character because
of this...
Light is the "light". The "light" is good as long as it
dosen't burn you. The same situation is with Light (Kira) it's the good guy till
you do something bad and he kills you. I think Light is good.

In his own opinion, Light is good, because he is doing what no one else is. He
thinks he can change the world in a positive way, and he doesn't mind the way he
chooses to do so.
From another person's point of view, Light can be considered bad, because taking
another one's life is a crime, regardless of what that person has done to you.
Unless that person is convicted and sentenced to death, of course.
I can't really say if he's good or bad, it depends on the event that's happening
during the question. Because Light's actions can't be judged in general, each
one can be characterized in its own way.

Evil is subjective! Light wants to rid the world of injustice, he obtains the
power and has the intellect to outwit even "L" he is a god in the
world he lives in. To be able to manipulate and mold, discard of whoever you
want, this is power.

Let's just say that if Light was a Dungeons and Dragons character he would be a "lawful evil" type. His cause is noble but the means are cruel.
