"EXPLENATION" can some one explain to me why does my wallpaper has
been quarantied! >=0000000~~~~~!

moderator, then you need to post it here.
If you want comments on how to improve your wallpaper so you can submit again,
you need to provide a link to your wallpaper on an image hosting site so we can
see it before critiquing it. Its a little hard to critique something we havent
seen. ^-^
Firstly, actually read the Botchii PM and the reason why it was deleted.
Although it sounds like a automated message and it is an automated message, we
choose it accordingly to why.
Your description: "Yo! Kuchiki Rukia "ROCKS""
That is not a description. Descriptions should actually tell us why you have
made the wallpaper or how you have made it. Just a "character rocks"
description is inadequate.
Another thing: your signature does not match.
Because you have a description which doesn't show whether or not you made this
wallpaper because it's not clear, add a wallpaper without your name on it
"killer44", we have enough reason to believe that this is not yours.
You have nothing on your userpage either, to tell us whether or not you are the
same person as SDW@AP.net. Unfortunately I can't check because AP is
down.

at least stating something (I spent 4 hours, photoshop, used brushes) and any
other information (I am also known as username @ other site).

wallpaper, go to somewhere like http://imageshack.us and upload it there to show
us if this happens again in the future. .
