I'm sorry that I'm not too talkative right now, but I just fell ill yesterday
night and right now I'm in a rather terrible state. If anyone has questions,

Beside my number 1 vote I've sent to Kashi, I think the other 2 that stand out
from the rest of the vectors are Paralyzer and xxxHolic:Watanuki Kimihiro.

People should vote for their vector quality, instead of aesthetic aspects. So
weird..
naw gaara, full biew that puppy grayserg's works are good but he has yet to
master proper gradient (namly workarounds) but i must say that has well placed
gradients which i find really hard to do.
Gosh dan it! I have to repost my vote even though I just did it yesterday night
and it might've gotten deleted because the computer was screwed up.

you see the full view of it you'll see why this is my first. >:D)
2. Tyger Tyger - MapleRose (Really love
the idea of the details turned out and all the blending in here and making this
vector would drive you crazy.)
3. Sweet Sadness - Sinever Love the idea
and concept. The vector was neat and the birdie vector kind of gave me a soft
spot of this wallpaper.

hmm, it's kinda hard to vote, 'cause there's such a great variety of entries,
and everyone put in a lot of effort ^^ ... I guess my vote goes:
1. Snow White by gaara-no-shukaku
This one stands out the most, because even though vectoring consists of tracing
from an image, gaara has managed to create a distinct style using vectoring/pen
tool as a method. And instead of using gradients or brushes, he uses layer blend
modes and shapes (which is quite inguineous actually, gotta try it sometime ^^ )
to create a shading technique that looks unique. And also, I know how difficult
tracing from a photograph is, so kudos to gaara for pulling this off so well
^^
2. Dare you to Move by moonescape
To me, this one is from one of the more detailed scans (not that I'm saying the
others don't have a lot of details), and moonescape has done a nice and neat
vector job, with nice outlines.

Good use of textures in the kudans to create some variation
