For me Vampire Bloodlines: Masquerade (For the PC)
Alucard from Hellsing manga/anime.
The Legacy of Cain series owns! Soul Rever, Blood Omen... all of that!
Castlevania. While not every game in the series is good, most of them are top notch and I love them.
