I hate it, because we have to do too many useless things and learn (if..) a lot
of garbage we'll never need.
Sure, mathematics trains the brain and stuff for logical thinking and finding
solutions for problems but meh...our teachers don't happen to be able to teach
us/me well...it's so useless I have to do everything by myself, it's like my
courses are completely useless (except I get to know what I have to know for
passing the tests..-.-)
It's frustrating and I often doze off in school, not meaning I'm any good or
stuff lol..I'm getting by...sure doing stuff by myself isn't all that bad..but
why do I have to attend such stupid courses :S
I just don't get it the way they explain it, and most of my classmates agree
about that.
Even my English...in my first two years I had a terrible teacher...but guess
where I got my english-skills from: Yes, from watching tons of Anime with
English subtitles...I'm now at the top of my class (*Selfishmode*) but I'm not
good with what school demands..I'm able to understand about everything from a
glance (concerning ubtitles) but I got troubles translating stuff directly into
german..I know what an english sentence means but I need to really concentrate
to put it out the way school expects it from me ;(
Well, I manage to do so...but it'S just frustrating~~
In mathematics it took us about 1 and a half months to do Vectors and I still
don't understand the tiniest bit..now I started learning in the Internet and by
myself in general and it's much easier to understand: Sure, I'm still no good at
it, but IF school would teach us in this way it'd be so much easier and
bearable..
We're always closing in on a new subject in a very abstract way, why can't we
just learn how to properly solve a particular problem and why it is solved that
way..oh well..-.-

I don't like waking up in the morning just for school. Especailly on a rainy
day, IWhy do they have to make us get up so early? But I don't mind that much,

In my course I only had 2 Math-related courses, because they were basic required

I didnt like school, i was one of those people that didnt fit in anywhere, and i
could never find a quiet lonely place to just read, or do my homework or draw or
something and i didnt have any friends that stuck by me. Some of the classes
were really well taught and had some awesome teachers, but i was stressed out
most of the time and didnt enjoy it. Then i started skipping class and that got
some of my self confidence back.

Well, that's because since the teacher is talking in front and I have 10
subjects (9th grade) the time is short so we rarely did anything in class...
And I found it more fun sitting in the front than the back...
I sit at the very front this year...and sometimes, I was so sleepy that I
decided to take a nap, the teacher didn't even notice...too busy talking at the
front...
And to my surprise, the teacher always notices those who sat at the back doing
something like that (taking a nap) and the teacher didn't even call my name, me,
who was sleeping and sitting at the very front -lol-
So I guess I like it at school...when I was sleepy (but I try not to. It only
happens rarely) I'll take a little nap. And at school, I know I ddn't waste my
time like I did at home... Besides, I have friends at school... (Well, they were
my friends since 1st grade)
At home, I have no one to talk to so that;s why I love school... I have friends
and I know I;m not going to turn mute for the lack of talking...-lol-
Yes and no. It's hard to exactaly say. I like going to school because I can
learn and stuff, but I deslike it from the same reason. Still, I would never
quite school and it would be lie to say I hate it. I like it but I'm not a dork
and I'm scared of tests and exams and of the teachers, but my school is nice,
the teachers (most of them) are good (at teaching) and I can't complain (not
more then your ordanary teenager ^^)
Why should we like to go to school? Your forced into an environment where kids
make up their own entire social order, which I personally dont think sounds very
inviting. Kids are experiencing lower self-esteem, more depression, and less
free time thanks to the government wanting us to know more than each grade
before us. Kids were never ment to live in such environments, but we have to if
we ever want to have a job thats ever going to pay us decently.
