i've had some problem with my friends in the past..
i dont like those feelings >.< so i ease it by:
1. cry- ^_^'
2. sleep
3. wake up n try to forget it-it's really hard
4(bonus). eating- lol XD

so, what will u do?

i complain XD really good to help out u noe

XD i complian until i am satisfied XD or i just write cursed stories on how the person die using anime characters to kill XD

1. hmm...i always found it much easier to deal with if you watch a really good anime that will make you laugh ^___^

some suggestions are:

Bleach - pretend that the person who hurt you is the Hollow and you are either Rukia/Ichigo (i.e - slay the baddie and forget about it)

Love Hina - hmmm...this seems to cheer me up alot. try it, it might work for you :D

2. or, like makiyasha said, command your horde of anime characters to torture the person :) but dont forget, karma might come back on you with this one >____>;;

3. voodoo - only if the person really deserves it. karma gets angry if you do it too often O_O

4. have a good long cry T_T to get all the feeling out

hmmm...that wasnt much help, but i hope i offered some valid advice :)

btw priincess - what happened? DID something happen? if you gave more details, then we could offere suggestions to benefit the exact nature of this problem

Like yukiyo said, watch a good anime. That helps too. ;-)
Try to have fun. Watch tv, Play ur PS, surf the net, etc.
Enjoying something, sometimes, makes you forget things like problems, ya know?

Well, I don't think that you can ever forget what your friends do to you. But I do think that you can feel better. Crying definitly does help. And as Melodyfpf brought up, time heals all wounds. I, myself, am going through a time where I am healing because of what my former friends did to me -_- But as time goes on, I do feel better :) as should you :D

Crying will help, but I always try to think of the positive things in life when times become hard. Find a good friend to talk to and laugh with, go out to places and have fun. Just dont think of the bad things you have in your life.

but inside of my feelings, i hate them-sumtimes
although i didnt want 2 hate them

but it wont do anything to ur problem

Often, the best medicine was sleep for me or take it out on my hobbies. ^^

hmm fill up your time with work, spam, friends, books...
hmm... decide you do not want to be sad, really decide, and you would not be sad
you feel what you want and allow yourself to feel, simpley don't allow it ^^

idk.. find something else to do.. hang out.. go online.. chat.. or just stab him away.. lol

The combination of sleep and cry is bad. They're shymptoms of a deeper depression.

Get out of your house and go to the movies. Have long walks. Look for other friends.

hmmm...everything ive posted in this comment may seem a little harsh - tell me if it is - i TRY to be helpful and not hurt anyones feelings, but sometimes, i cant help it when i want to get my opinion/views across

yes, i know the feeling of hating your 'friends' very well XD and i sympathize with you for it. i HATE the feeling. but would you truly call them your friends? maybe this is indicating for you to find new ones, with a more mellow approach in your social circle

oh dear - i sound like an old 'wise' woman - no offence XD im reality - im a klutzy and ditzy XD

you say you dont want to hate them? this is natural and indicates that you may have a fear of isolation. maybe you should try looking at them from a different view than how you are now. exactly what have they done to you to make you hate them? what is the purpose behind this? IS there a purpose? how do they treat you?

with me, i tend to hold a little grudge. i know it may seem as if im not a nice person, but you should evaluate their reactions and decide whether they deserve your forgiveness - many take it for granted

until they have proven worthy of your forgiveness, only do you initiate it

yes, it seems like that. but when you look back at it, no one can see whether your throwing a tantrum or having a good time. which would you choose? so its better to spend that time doing what you like, and boost your wellbeing levels :)

im really prone to that feeling, but i tell myself: do i want to think like this when im older? it will only prove a bad habit and wont do me a scrap of good

it takes time to overcome - i wish you luck :D im failing miserably in this concept so far XD i tend to lean on the negative aspects of the past and they STICK to my memory

and with the problem - its how you go about it and mend the cracks - it hasnt been solved either because you havent had a chance yet to rectify it, or you are intimidated by the prospect that you will lose something during this scenario...which seems to refer to the guy in question or these friends

the problem hasnt been solved yet, thats correct, but you need to take steps in order to resolve social conflict :) so doing what cheers you up is a good start

hmmm...im taking a small guess that the yuki your referring to is me? :)

problems with a guy ayee? i take it that your in a fight with some of your friends over him? (based on the info provided XD)

but - i can say this has happened in the past with me, so i know what its like... i had a MAJOR hairpulling session with my 'friends'

well, depends on the severity of this event, but i would try to keep your mind off it, as lame as it sounds, just try not to think about it

watch your favourite anime and fangirl about it online :) is what i would do

anyway - ive been typing paragraphs O_O keep us updated on how the situation progresses :)

Well first I would like to be by myself, to let my emotions out and to THINK. Then after some time (could be some hours, a day, a week) I'd really try to solve it with that friend or so, try to talk to him/her and continue as... well something that at least isn't "the worst person I know in the whole earth".

Then to try to stop being so depressed and sad, there's always something else to do to make you forget. Play some games? Shop? Shop with friends? Be with your friends/family, just be with people that can make you happy...

Yea, 'm never one to hold grudges but the atmosphere around us would be extremely awkward since I've had this happen very recently but music uplifted me so quickly and it was great.

I don't forget it I embrace my heart break by let out some steam, whether it's ranting, throwing tantrums, or just talking to someone I trust about it. Helplines can also help, if you can't find anyone to talk to.

what helps me is try to work it off somehow. although sometimes its not fullproof. so afterwards just listen to music. kinda hard to sleep when someone hurts you, but also try not to cry about it, but its also hard to just forget about it.

Sleep....... I just take a nap
I might not forget about it but at least I don't think about it when I'm asleep

lemme see usually i would..

1. scold that person saying "u dun understand do you" or even " try to be in my shoes for once" but than i would feel guilty.. than i would apologise and forget abt the whole incident..

2. sometimes if im moody i will.. just run of n cry.. complaint to my friends online..sleep than the next day forget abt

yep.. but sometimes i will just keep quiet abt.. it.. and it remains in my heart without anyone knowing.. and without me knowing the memory of it was still there.. yea.. than like.. more problems.. .. hahaaa.. <___<

not your fault - everyone has these difficulties - i know what its like

but that depends on the depth of their offense O___O i think

when im moody - i lash out at the offending person and usually they suffer mental scars at my disposal - does this indicate that im a wicked person (in a bad way)?

i sound like a mean person O___O thats up to you to decide XD
