Today while browsing the galleries, I stumbled upon this scan nana08 by FayFlowright (and
there are a few more as well). It is obviously pages from the manga.
Therefore my question : we do submit manga covers and artbook work, but are
manga pages okay (not in the artistic point of view, meaning the cleanliness of
the scan or the potential use for wallers ; but in the policy point of view,
that is as a licensed work) ?
Because if i remember correctly, the policy does say not to ask / advertise for
scanlation sites and such.
Anj, those scans are not meant to be submitted *nukes them D:*-
we only accept manga cover scans like the beginning of each chapter or double
spreads with nice pictures. On top of that the quality should be relatively
good- so if you do find something along the lines from a scanlation site, we
don't mind.
As long as the manga scan is not just a page with heaps of text and speech
bubbles. We want scans that are artistic as you have mentioned- we don't want
the actual content.
