I am writing to ask about me being a restricted member. First a little history;
I have been with MT for 110 weeks, I have donated money to support MT, I am
active in my groups and even MOD in the Ecchi Club. I enjoy the picture sharing
with the group, galleries and the pictures dump forum. I stayed silent as half
of my personal gallery submissions were removed when MT had its family friendly
overhaul. I think that that was good for everyone, even if I disagreed with some
of changes.
I've made two mistakes within the last two weeks. I understand how I violated
the policies, now. I do think that enforcement of the rules are necessary.
Without the basic rules then chaos reigns and the rest suffer. My point is that
on the scond warning and no real explanation, I was restricted. I think that
being restricted on the second warning after more than 100+ weeks of being a
member in good standing is a bit extreme. I did not in any way try to take
credit for anything I posted. I simply saw that the images were not in the
gallery and attempted to put them in. There was no intent to deceive anyone or
take undue credit. Yes, I have now reviewed the policies and understand the
letter of the rule. I request that my status be changed.

I'm sorry, but when I posted in you GB, I'm sure I was quite clear. Saikusa had
already warned you for submitting fan made wallpapers as scans and you continued
to do it. I specifically quoted Saikusa in your gb and added my own words:

This has absolutely nothing to do with how long you've been here. I know of
members who have been here 120+weeks and have still been restricted for
violating the policy.
In the PM you sent me, you said that you didn't even notice the signature on the
walls you had submitted as scans until I pointed them out. That basically means
you don't examine things well before submitting, doesn't it?
Anyway, I'll talk to some other mods about this, and if they feel you deserve to
be unrestricted or remain restricted, I'll let you know through PM. In the
meantime, if you could, please take a look at this thread: Complaints:

Also, remember that you won't be restricted forever
