I have been muted and restricted for about a week already, i would like to know how long am i going to be muted for and do i need to do anything to get un-restricted again.

You have only been restricted. If you were muted you wouldn't be able to post in the forum.
Have you even read the posts in your guestbook? Kuroimisa, the moderator who restricted you, was VERY generous and gave you the opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of the policy to her, allowing you to be in control of when you get unrestricted.

I guess it's my responsibility to reply here since this thread was directed at me, but I don't mean to be blunt, but I did UNDERLINE the word reply.

Sure, you can wait and do nothing and "wait" to be unrestricted, but I'm not going to bother unrestricting you because I specifically did point out that you had to demonstrate and reply to me.

Since it's quite clear you

a) haven't read the policy yet
b) haven't read the faq on even what a restricted member is
c) haven't read my post clearly

... I don't think you will be unrestricted until it's clear you do understand what's going on. And I've made myself pretty clear.

You can PM me any time to ask me questions- but until then, you won't be unrestricted.
