Defendant is in the middle of it. toltalitarian states have replaced repuplicks.
Ghetto Defendant is attact from all sides servival is not garentaind

emtionless look, wears a japenese high school uniform so everyone thinks she's
just an ordinary kid, carries a high school briefcase
Role: Cyborg, turn herself into the ultimate weapon, only used and obeys every
command
Personality: quiet, lady like but deadly when she has to fight, lonely, cold,
rather emotionless
Abilites: Turn herself into a weapon, turn her dreams into reality
Wepons: Guns, herself
other: She a tragic past but never shows it, she only dose what she's told to do
and doesn't do anything she wants to do, is treated like a doll, mostly alone
and doesn't reply most of the times she only says "yes sir" or
"yes miss"
Name: Nymus
Age: around 400 but looks like 17
Appearance: a little thin. White hair, total white eyes, skin colour is very
light also almost white but with a little blue. Outfit is old black jeans and a
black top.
Personality: cold and calm, but she is like hell if she gets mad.
Power: ice flames, can create illusions and can fly (not very high) but can't
walk, because of torture when she was little.
Weapons: her ice flames, illusions, but she normally use the huge sword she
caries on her back.
Other: she can live in extreme cold places, but can't take to much heat. She has
a bad immune system, and gets sick if she uses too much power…
OK, here is my chara, think on him as a weaker and somehow "spiffy"
version of Lance.....

Age: 23
Race: Unknown
Weapon: Three katanas that he calls Kiryu, Raiko and Ranbu, they can be engulfed
in flames
Abilities: Fire element control, enhanced potential (power, speed and so on) and
flying skills
Fighting style: Own style based on the arts of the samurai, also bare handed
skills
Personality: Lone wolf minded, easy to infuriate, somehow overconfident, and
mercyless when fighting
Appearance: Looks like Kyo
(KOF 2003), but has a colder expression
Other info: A mercenary who joins Ghetto Defendant in order to search for clues
about his past and origin
