Heard that japanese schoolgirls were the fastest changing trendstartes, and
started fashion from their own ideas, which canged almost every week. Why aren't
these girls highlighted in the world of fashion if that is so true? Shouldn't
some designers seek inspiration from the real world, and what people demand, or
is that such a wack idea?
if designers actually took a look at what there are really happening in the
fashion world, maybe it would be that more daring.
fashion is different.. i gues it has to start some where.. but it is true. they
do change fashion very often.. but i can't really take'em seriously that they
dress up as their favorite manga figures. i think that is a bit weird.. but
okay.. people are different, that i wont denie.
real world? these girls ARE the real world. they're the ones that are gonna
gobble up the trends, spend all their cash on sock glue and random stuff like
that
If they are really so fashionable why do they wear their school uniform skirts
EVERYWHERE? I'm not going off the cliches, I've seen it for myself,
international students wearing their school skirts in town shopping on a Sunday.
okay your so right, they do wear their skirts, like almost the entire time, but
i just guess they are only the ones that we see mostly, maybe there are more,
who are more daring, and they are the ones i am thinking about... not the ones
you see mostly..
I don't think they are trendsetters at all. Usually all the fashions in Japan
start from western ideas.
For example, Gals, took the idea from Hawaiian and Californian girls; they just
took it to extremes.
Also, when a trend sets, it's inusual to see people chaging the trend to fit
their needs; they just go along with what it's hot that week.
! wow O_0 each week! that's nearly cool! but japan is a land with high
technology (or how you spell it). so they are for sure a land that change much^^

But it is just a thought, but what do you think?
each week?! How is that realistic :P
And maybe fashion is different there, not so serious maybe as it is in the west.
