I was happy to submit one scan from an Tsubasa artbook that my friend from
Belgium gave me for birthday. I decided to put one here on Minitokyo.. and then
I got the awful surprise that it got deleted... Why? This IS MY SCAN! If you want proves, then you can

Well, I can't speak completely for the mod who deleted it, but it looks rather
bad quality and you could have cleaned it up a bit, especially around the area
where the crease in the book was. Also, you could have cropped around the bottom
to get rid of the black borders.
1, That is a terrible quality scan. You should learn to hold the entire page
onto the glass so that horrid grey shadow doesn't ruin the image where the page
lefts away from the glass.
2, IT ALREADY EXISTS! Fishing by Saa-Chan is a
much larger, cleaner, bright version of that image. The Policy clearly states
that we will not accept duplicate scans unless they are of a superior quality.
Therefore there is no way a smaller, pale duplicate would replace such a high
quality scan.
3, READ THE BOTCHII MESSAGE YOU RECEIVE BEFORE FLYING OFF THE HANDLE. Had you
read the PM you would have realised that you had submitted a low quality
duplicate.
4, Look through the gallery before you submit into it. That way you will see if
that image already exists, and if your version of that scan is of superior or
inferior quality.

I did that... and in the gallery it was cleaned, and cropped, and I think that's the reason the mod had deleted it
