Hi I cant find where the thread is where they make you a UP.
I am sorry but ive been looking for the past 2 hours and I really need some help

Look at the upper-left hand box of the page. Near the bottom of it, it should
say "Control Panel". Click on it. This should take you to a page that
says "My MiniTokyo". Scroll down the page. There should be a section
under "My Userpage". There are two places you can go if you want to,
as they say in Texas, "gussy up" your userpage:
"Skin Builder": Make a skin from scratch. Allows you to change font
colors, page colors, etc. Easier, but gives you a more simple-looking page
overall.
"Userpage Content": If you want to go even more in-depth with webpage
building. You need to know HTML if you take this option. Allows greater freedom
to let your creativity run loose, but more time-consuming and difficult.
