I was also a little curious about the Download Quota/Credits system. What makes them go up or down? A few examples would help. Thanks in advance.

Hi! Welcome! Hope you enjoy your stay here! Well, for the question about credits- once you submit a scan, wallpaper, vector or a thread, you would be awarded credits. (I think it works differently for threads and submissions- you have to ask the moderators about this). As for the download quota thing, you see, to download a scan or anything else, you required a quota or credits.

Actually, I think submitting causes you to lose credits, as well as making groups, but forum replies and guestbook posts get you more.

welcome where it says Free Download Quota, that is how many times you can download a wallpaper or a scan
after it reaches zero, the downloading is taken from your credits
