How are you guys? Well...maybe the ones that helped me first are not going to be
the ones to check the newest version...so......I'll put the two links for you to
be able to compare OKAY?
It's way better than the first one. Can you pretty pls tell me where you got
that awesome font, or at least the name of the font? But I don't think MT will
allow it yet. The scan extraction needs some improvement and the background,
although pretty hard worked, is simple. A few sparkle brushes and some stars
won't do for a bg. Also, the text is too big. You could try some effects on the
text. Select the text layer, go to Layer --> Layer Style and play with those
nice options, the Blending Effects are great! But hey, it's a great improvement.

First of all, it's good that you added some clouds there. The stars look a
little out of place and with rough edges, though. A little blur on the edges
won't hurt.
Second, maybe you should add some more realistic clouds under Sakura, make her
look like she's flying. You can fin a lot of cloud and stars brushes on
deviantART, especially from Scully7491. A moon would look god
in the background too

I suggest you shrink down the font,I agree with Sakura-Dust-san that you should
improve the background and take pandemonium-san's advice,the clouds should be
more realistic and the moon should be there as the title wrote 'play with the
moon'.Add some effects on the stars so that it blends with those beloging to the
scan.Most importantly,improve the background.Thats all.Hope I had not been to
harsh.

I think the only thing that need to change is the background to night sky or a
cresent shape moon in the night sky

Yay! Thankies! I owe ya one! So here's this piece of advice: don't make 2 moons.
Leave Sakura on the moon and put her in the right corner, like she's now. Make
in the lower part of the wallpaper, clouds of different types, colors (but all
dark, night-like colors). Only in the lower part. Where Sakura is make the sky,
use different shades of dark blue and put some stars and comets. In the sky, put
your text. Use the same font, a lil' bit smaller or of the same size, but put
less words; only 'dreaming' or 'dreamer' would be enough. Hope I helped you a
little ^_~
P.S If you don't get it, give me the Sakura scan and I'll make a demonstration.
some crits: scan- extraction errors: tons of jagged edges - i.e her left hand
etc.
also the stars are insanely jagged. why not make the stars using the pen tool?
you could also use the custom shapes. this would ensure they are silky smooth.
