since you're new. i suggest that you check out the support section of MT. they
have information about the site and basic rules and policies that are a must
know. to answer your question a bit indirectly, all off the wallies that you see
up meet the MT requirements. that why they are still up to be viewed. to better
answer your question, look under the gallery section under the policy link to see what the
requirements are.
