Moral relativism...why is the church against it?

As the topic stated...

I know that the news itself might be old...(what Pope Benedict said...was few years ago...)

But...well...I'm not totally understand it...but things for sure is that the church think that there is only one moral standard: one created by god...right? So they don't belive about relative standard...right?

Can anyone please expand it?

And this topic is also for debate about moral relativism and moral absoluism (sorry about spelling)/moral objectivism too...I suppose...

Don't believe anything that a church tells you, they're full of liars and child molesters. If a church acknowledges the idea that they may be wrong about god then they lose the control they have over the stupid people that follow their word as truth. And without all those donations that the people bring in a church will fade out of exsisance pretty darn fast, because all those politcians... I mean priests won't have a dime to survive on.

Well...if I ask this...should you say I believe it?

I just want to know why...and what people think...
