For this kinda of scan, I would go with a simple background with minimal
sparkles/glows etc etc. Just using filters seems low-effort and
boring.
Chloe-chan said most of it, and I'd have to agree. Especially the background,
which is just too loud. The viewer's attention is drawn to the background
instead of the characters in the foreground. If possible, go for something that
will emphasize or complement your foreground.
The first version of Eternal Friends was deleted so I made a new version.
