Everytime I click 'browse more anime/male/female/group/ scans' I get the same
page... which says

If you're using IE, try using a different browser i.e. Firefox, Opera, etc. and see if anything changes ^^
Yes, changing to Firefox is definitely worth it.
go to Browsng settings and change the value of 'thumbnails per page'.
