Ok, here is the original scan, I found it somewhere on MT quite a while
ago.
And here is what I have done so far:
The whie was put in by photoshop when I saved it I plan on placing it with a
better BG soon and kinda doesn't quite do it justice. I still have work to do on
this so any input, advice, or opinion is welcome

O.o
It was the color for the skin that I chose. I'm using my notebook to edit and
will most likely change it once I get hooked up to a CRT. Also what exactly do
you mean by there is a problem with the extraction? If you mean some of the
rough edges, its because I haven't finished cleaning them up yet and Photoshop
inserted the white BG and throws off the image a little bit. I plan on changing
that as well.
yea i've got my work cut out for me, I'm going to try a few different things
tonight at work, and might even consider starting over but would like to avoid
going to that extreme. Thanks for the comments so far
It looks like a great start. I'll agree with shamshx that the coloration of the
clothes is a good idea. Some detail work (skin and hair color) and some cleanup
and it'll look great.
I think you should redo their hair. The outline isn't very smooth. I don't know
if it's just me, but I can clearly see the jaggedy edges of their hair. Take
more time on the it; make it smoother and flowy-er, not a clump of really stiff
looking fur.
I was starting to think this was dead but thanks for responding back, I've
deleted the layers for the hair and skin and some other sections in an attempt
to clean it up. I need to get a good CRT or newer LCD that is more color
accurate also....

I think it needs work on the highlights...
There's no 'shiny' feeling unlike the original... Which makes your work looks a little dull...
