Was it for the same reason or you just broke another regulation? And did you
receive the two warnings in small duration? If you did so, then it gave them
enough reason to restrict you!
You have to prove to moderators that you're not going to break any rules again.
And that's going to take time. They'll be observing you anyways. All I have to
say is to be patient. And if you have some scans or wallis that you want to
download here, you can save them until you're allowed to downlaod.

I didn't put my topic here, it was moved by a mod ( I've initially submitted it
in the City Hall then it was moved to Lamentations and now it's here 0.o )
You do a lot of complaining for someone who has broken the rules on many
occasions.
And if you continue to drop messages in my GuestBook I will not only delete your
comments (which loses you credits), but I will also Mute your membership
instead.
