Speed, Advantages?
Too quick to see=Invisibility
Too quick to touch the water=Water Walking
Faster Movement=Million Blows
Try punching someone at high speeds=Pain
Flight.
Too much speed and u will suffer massive damage. So u can't take off without
killing yourself or walk across water etc.
With Flight u can fly and use a sniper rifle and pick people off at 20,000 ft!
LOL! Just remember to equipment some really warm clothes. -20 celcius (it is
survivable. Everest is colder)
flight, speed, logically can cause too much for the body to take, metablism,
heart attacks, I've always wanted flight, heck some of my characters that I
write about have flight ability...never really used speed though see too much of
a risk factor even if the body did mutate to respond to so much pressure of the
body...
The question was which "super power" was better, so i was operating
under the assumption that said individual would not be as fragile as normal
people.
which among the two supernatural power do you think is more advantageous or you would rather have provided that only one may be chosen

If your fast enough you can strap wings on and run so fast that you generate enough lift to take off.
Fligh -> I could avoid any obstacle

I`d go for flight. Traveling would be so much more convenient and faster.
