I believe this one doesn't meet MT standards because the buildings in your
background are way too blurry.
Your wall seems too busy for me, the checkered background plus all the stars and
lines are somewhat too much. My suggestion would be that you try to work with
stock images of a city as a reference.

ha thx erdbeermilch, so here is the 2nd copy, with a real photo of the Hancock center.
I fated the purple box background a bit and filled it with nightsky blue. Didn't touch the stars cuz it seems fine now with the new layers.
So any way i can make this one better?
