Now I am here long enough to know that you can't show explicit parts of a girl,
but I don't think there is a part that says you can't show parts of a guy.
Of course, to accompany the deletion, I was granted a warning.
I am to appeal for my case, I have no intent to break any rules, and this was a
misunderstanding of sorts, I believe.

"his" panties'. So despite what you're saying the character
still looks like an under-age girl who has exposed herself.
On a previous instance scans of Chiho from Saikano removed because she was
naked. It doesn't matter that the character is over 18 or that the artwork
itself was beautifully painted, but that she also looks like a naked pre-teen.
So you see, nipples or not, it is simply unacceptable. It is the appearance of
the character that matters. And here you have a character who appears to be a
young naked female.

is just another one of those things.
