B) The rules for requesting are the same as those for submitting to the gallery.
That's referring to content and nothing else.
C) Provide a reference pic if possible of what your talking about.

i wish to make a request of my own. i am looking for a REALLY awsome image big
and clean enough to wallpaper. it does not matter if its from an anime/manga or
artist just as long as its REALLY cool. as i am dying to make a new wallpaper
and can't find anything i really like. thank you.
