Who do you think would win if they were both in SEED mode?
Well, it depends on who started it.
If Cagalli did, then Athrun would try to talk sense in her. If it was the other way around, then Cagalli would do the same. But that's if she can survive long enough considering Athrun's a coordinator. It wouldn't turn out like the battle against Kira and Athrun.
Overall, I'm not sure who would win. I can never imagine my fav couple to be fighting against each other, let alone go in SEED mode. So that's a question I find difficult to answer.
But I'll see what the others have to say first (:
