I've seen her face somewhere before, but it doesn't quite come to mind.

Someone told me she looked like she was from Magna Carta... but I don't know.

Okay after doing a quick google search I've gotten a little more info.

That particular scan comes from Hyung Tae Kim's artbook IDE 2 Carta Numinous. You can find it easily by googling Hyung Tae Kim.
After looking at the Magna Carta games in particular Magna Carta Crimson Stigmata, I think it's possible that she might be Ladrinne Milire Owen.
