Do not upload your version as they are the same size, and so yours would be
removed as it is newer.
Before uploading any scan, do be sure to check the gallery to make sure it's not
already there. Only upload your version if yours is considerably larger (at
least 1.5x), has less text covering the image (ie clean poster scan vs
text-filled magazine scan), or would be considered higher in quality than the
version already in the gallery.
Okay, I do not want deletions anymore, so I posted the scan here first. Please tell me if I will upload it, will it be deleted?

It's like Tama-Neko said, since the scan already exists, you can only upload the scan if it's a higher quality.
