i want to find some different music to listen to i been listing to some animie songs and even though and don't undersand then i still like to listen to them so i would like to knew what japanese songs and bands you guys listen to i especially like heavy Metal .Rock, Alternative Rock

Personally I like Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Ellegarden and Baseball Bear
Although Asian Kung-Fu dont have that many good songs (IMO) but I like their instrumentals and their vocal, Ellegarden also has good instrumental and okay vocal although their English sounds a bit..... awkward, and Baseball Bear... I like the vocal although the instrumental aint that great

X-Japan- i like Dahlia, tears, vanishing love, i'll kill you....

I don't know if there's all that many groups I like, but I'm rather fond of Choro Club. (Who makes the music for, amongst others, the Aria series.)

On the other hand, Visual Kei bands can all go and eat my visual shorts.

I like a lot of Japanese bands so I won't bother listing them. But I do have a new band that I recently got into; Mongol 800, japanese indie band from Okinawa! They their lyrics are poetic-melodic and really.... FUNKY and FUN.

I'm really into BACK-ON. Every once in a while I'll listen to UVERworld. Another favorite of mine is Gackt Camui.

I LOVE GACKT!... no doubt he is my favorite in the whole world! I adore him!
