A lot of stuff happened in my world, like getting a promotion, my boyfriend being in the hospital and then needing me to wait on him hand and foot when he got home, my cable line getting messed up so I didn't have internet access, then all of the cable lines in my neighborhood getting worked on so I again didn't have internet, and then my best friend had her second ankle surgery, and life has just been all the way around nuts. But Joe is on the mend (thanks to this awesome device, the wound vac, that applies constant suction to the wound and helps it heal in record time), I'm used to my new job, and, well, my tomo-domo is still freaking out, but since she lives half way across the country, there's not much I can do.

ANYWAY. As you can see, I took down the banner for the project due to lack of entries and the approaching deadline. If you still want to do a wall or vector in this line, submit it and I'll post it, but at this late date, I'm not hopeful. I guess the idea of the essay on the piece was too wierd to be aesthetically pleasing. So, here's a question: what do you want to be our next project? I don't want CL to die off to the point where people just post stuff in the gb and we all forget about it. Give me some suggestions and ideas for what we can do to invigorate the group!

I updated the Illuminations (finally) it's been almost three months. Gomen. I'll do better to keep up with it in the future.

I'm also going to put out a call for a CL moderator. Anyone interested? Chloe is pretty busy and Erika and I do the Illuminations, I need someone to add new members, invite new members, etc. PM me, post in my gb, post in this thread, just let me know if you want the job.

Layout. I was going to postpone a new layout until the new MT is up and running, but I'm going to do one now and do another one later. I'm working on something abstract and brighter than the KH layout.

Too bad about the contest. I didn't have any ideas myself. And I can't really think of any helpful ideas either
Well, if no one else volunteers, I could offer to be a mod. Luckily mod's jobs don't require all that much work, so I could probably take it on ^^

Welcome back. And that is too bad about the contest. ._. I was working on something for it. How about having the same rules of :
1. You can submit both wallpapers and vectors
2. You can submit as many as you want
3. All work must feature vacation-themed artwork
as stated from the message sent out 14 weeks ago, but omitting the paragraph part. Or instead of having the paragraph on the wallpaper, have it in the wallpaper's description? Well, that's just an idea.

That's actually a good idea about the contest. I might issue it as a "farewell to summer" kinda thing. ASH, I'll put you on the list for mods, if more than one person wants it, I might let all of you do it.
