Oh yeah, the anime laws were always funny... I haven't read them in such a long
time, it was good to re-read them and laugh again.
Any half-cat/half-human mutation will invariably:
be female,
will possess ears and sometimes a tail as a genetic mutation,
and wear as little clothing as possible, if any.
