So I've been thinking, FF6 would make a really great manga. But if someone
(say... me ) decides to do a fan-made manga, do u think that someone might just be
breaking some copyright rules?

Isn't that just doujinshi, which people create all the time? As long as you
don't publish it, I think it'd be fine. I mean, I guess legally, even making
wallpapers and avatars are using copyrighted images without permission, so I
don't think it'd be too big of a deal.
FF6 I'm not sure... FF7 maybe, but I'm only saying that because I've played it.
I Haven't played FF6 yet so... Make it a manga, I would like to see it. If it'll
become a manga, I'll read it.

well.. say I follow the story to like 90%? I mean, most doujinshis completely
deviate from the original story right? What I want to do is take the story from
FF6, and convert it to manga form. Only, I'm sure something like that will
attract some legal attention at some point
