Does anybody know any good continuous screen capture programs? Say, a program you owuld use to capture every single frame of a played sequence in a media player? Currently my only means of doing this can be kinda tricky, so if there's some program to make my gif making time less troublesome can you please tell me?

Thanks, i'll try it. Much better than using Irfan View to extract all the frames to a folder and singling a few out, though i suppose cutting out a section of the video would work as well...
