many students in my country complains about the strict curriculem in our
schools.. stressed out by heavy loads of exams, social life in school, and
pressure from extra school activities like sports and so on.
i'm a 19 yr old student now and sometimes i just feel that working life would
be more relax.. but there should be some stress to a certain extent..
so what do you guys think? would u prefer to go out to work? or continue to
study hard and then go out to work and try to earn big bucks after getting a
degree or something?
I would go work because working made me feel happier, alive, and I got paid for
it. The problem with that is that all the good jobs require a college degree or
another so I have to continue to study harder so I can earn those big bucks
after getting my B.S. degree

degree
i agree with you ... but sometimes if u meet some mean employers.. u would get
XO .. well, this is life... quite sucky
i just graduated from college back in may, and still have many friends still in
school, and i think i would choose work. college was a lot of fun, but work was
always on my mind it seemed. working is much more contained. once i go home i
dont have to worry about it, i find it easer to relax.
anyway...that’s my two cents
well, its really up to the person. im more of a working person. some people like
to sit n study. to relax, i want to study. but to earn money, work. both i can
have fun. studying is more of an ongoing thing as well, like Redshift sayz. when
you work, and the shift is over, youre relieved because thats it! study, when u
finish, sometimes you need to do more outside studying, which can get really
annoying. so i would rather work than study.
*rofl* School > Work any day. Inono,
maybe it's because I'm a bum and I don't care what marks I get (as long as
they're passable). School isn't so bad. It's
a lot of socialising, I think. And it's easy. Or maybe that's just my school.
i like school i miss so much
............... u kids should enjoy your school life cuz all the stupids things
u do when your still young u can never be doing it when your working likfe u
will just get fired omg the fresh chicks!!!!
Even though I hate school, I would definitely stay as a student. Some people do
say that the best years of their lives were when they didn't have tyrannical
bosses to worry about. Also, I agree; all the good jobs require degrees.
I am in college so I really have to like the study thing, but in retrospect, I
like the study more, because you can choose not to do things and still get a B.
Then again I like heavy labor for work, so my job will be lax compared to what I
usually do.
Well school life is better because you get to encounter more things in life when
your at school and not busy with the usual work that you have. Studying isn't
much of a hassle compared to working when ppl expect so much responsibility from
you.

yeah.. many people in the working life tells me that.. but then well i guess its
still luck.. just hope to get a suitable and stable job for yourself, then i
guess its fine to be in the working life..
however, haha its very rare to find a good boss i think
this is obvious, school life!!!
i really cant imagine myself working from 9-5... getting back in the evening.
With school, i get to hangout with frens in uni or class, while in work i would
be stuck in a stupid cubicle working. Beside, classes usually end around 4 and
start at about 10. Sure the work load and assignments might be a lot, but
working might be worse.
for me it is definitely school life! if that was possible i would continue
studying for the rest of my life :P but unfortunately this won't happen i am
currently on my 4th year and i have to think about writing my master thesis...
certainly it requires a lot of work both in and outside classroom yet still i
prefer it then working. well for now i did not have a proper job, but i work as
a tutor and it is exhausting far more then studies itself
im in both worlds. im a student and a tutor at the same time. i most definitely
miss my high school days. no heavy responsibilities. to those in school, dont
complain, just do your homework. adult life is not as nice as you think
I much prefer working over school. I loathe the academic life and prefer to
leave my work at the office when I go home as opposed to taking it home with me
in the world of school. Plus there's that whole getting a paycheck thing
instead of paying through the nose to be in school.
well im a year 8 14 years old still in skool but as u see my family has a
buiness so i work for the buiness at the weekends and they want to pay me $50
try to stay in school as long as possible, if you like your school.
if its crap, get out and work.
only holds true in western and middle europe,
because working life there is quite acceptable.
College life.
Don't you feel amazed when entering a Books A Million and being surrounded by
knowledge?
Even more so is this feeling manifested when I enter a college campus
library.
Sometimes I wish I can stop time itself, or do some type of jutsu that'll make 1
second last a couple of hours.
That way, I can read more books and acquire more knowledge of the past, present,
and future.
I personally am more into work than school. However, i'm more in a sort of
transitional period. Why, you ask? Right after I graduated HS in 2001, I
started looking for a job. Guess what? I still don't have one. I looked at
Wal-Mart, Burger King, you name it, I applied. Apparently they are only
interested in cheap labor, because they said I was "overqualified"
because I'm a high school graduate. Things are looking up though, because I'm
studying to get my A+ certification. Very Nice.
Sorry about the rant. I had to get that off my chest

I'd take the working life, Especialy if you own your own company.
Many hardships many adventures and such will bestow upon you and your partners.
I would never choose school, only because the fact that I hate schools.... {wish they'd all burn down}
ummm

play hard when you are supposed to play
work hard when you are at work.. haha
though its difficult

I disagree asuk, Adult Life is what you make of it, It can be hard... But it can be so wonderful. Ups and downs of Life.

I'm a student and I'm having fun, so I'll have to put school ahead of work.
Graduation is right around the corner though, doh!
