Well if you have scanned your picture You can try to scan at a bigger reselution
( provided it doesn't get to papery) if you got it someway else sorry you cant
put it up unless you change it. (stretching out is forbidden)

Isn't that ovious your picture is to small
It needs to be 1000000 pix
It also has to be a jpg
