I can't see my friendlist in my user page these days, and I can't change the nickname(the word under the avatar), because I can't find this option in the Personal Settings, but I can see them in the last week^^|||

The option to change your title (the text under your avatar) is under "browsing and appearance", not personal settings.
As for the friendlist problem, that's currently being worked on.
