I've seen it around the site and was wondering about it.
is it that we can only color certain types.
can we just color any mangas that we have scanned in and post it up????or are there certain rules to types??? if there's a page I could look to for the rules.... ...I tried looking in the support ...submission and submitting page but it doesn't really go into detail.........it'd be crazy if they did tho .....there'd be way too many rules.....
