questions about the comic,
1.does it have to be done on computer, or can i scan the comic i'm going to draw?
2.how much of the theme from another manga or anime must be involved?
3. do you have a judging scale, or just the funniest one wins or something?

1. you can draw it..doesnt matter as long as you are the artist

2. use enough of the theme so others can go "ahh he/she chosed that anime for the theme"

3. since each judge has a different view on whats funny, each one will chose thier fav entry, so in all there will be 6 winners and a grand winner (judges decide on which of the 6 chosen to be grand winner)

will we be permitted to use more than one theme at one? 'cause i just got an idea! hehehe
