I wish to write a complaint letter to my local anime distribution company, I
bought so many of their products, I am beginning to lose patience with the same
bloody low-effort work done
I want to be firm but also polite enough to get my point across, but its been 3
years since I last practiced such letter writing
If it was email, I could have written it myself but they are pretty backwards(I
don't think they got email, and their website hasn't been updated in
ages)
Points I wish to get across:
1) Request for DVD releases
2) Subtitles are poor, either missing or having the same mistakes over and over
or even getting a simple English name on the screen wrong
3) Poor sound quality in VCD release, my KGNE Japanese track is weird, they
sound like they are talking in a room filled with a lot of air
