I'm now playing Suikoden III and I like to know if someone played it. The story
is fabulous and sad sometimes. The Suikoden serie is my favorite one.
One question : Lucia (one of the main characters from Suikoden III) is the same
character than Lucia from Suikoden II ?
Help !
Lucia (Star 8, S3) also appeared in the second game, assisting Jowy Blight
and the Kingdom of Highland, before returning to the Grasslands, where we
find her in S3.
Hope this info was helpful ^^
Suikoden I and II were great, but I hated III. Part IV will take place before
part I, so I'm looking towards it! (The game will be released soon!!)
Most definately, thats what I love about the Suikoden series. Not only do they
bring an amazing plot with such unique characters, but they give you a bit of
history on each character. Though the first one they really didn't cover too
much for all 108 stars.....but nonetheless I wouldn't doubt seeing a few
characters in IV. Its going to blow everything away.
Suikoden III was a bit different, to be honest I bought it after hearing such
amazing reviews and just could NOT get into the game. After beating I (Can't
get ahold of II, its worth around $90 and I'm not really ready to dish out that
kind of cash via Ebay or Amazon) and starting to really get into the series I
found it alot easier to play the series. Though I personally feel that voices
could of been added in....just seemed really lacking listening to all the text.
Though anyways thats just me. Suikoden III took a completely different turn in
the series, though it gave a real good luck at alot of real life occurances, my
opinion is you'd really have to get into the series to be able to enjoy it. Or
else just like that style I dunno. Anyways there IS a manga out on Suikoden III.
I highly disliked Suikoden 3... the Trinity Star system view thing they put into
the story is... wrong... I prefer Suikoden 2 as the best of the 3 ( though I
hear there is a 4th Suikoden coming out if its not already )
I still managed to finish Suikoden 3, and I loved it! It's got one heck of a
story, but the Trinity Sight system, I wasn't exactly fond of. Sure, you may be
seeing the story in three different perspectives, but sometimes it can be a
little tedious and frustrating to jump back and forth, forgetting some of the
details since you keep changing heroes. XO
Okay, I love the Suikoden series ad I'm glad there's others out there who does
so as well. Suikoden 1 (also known as Genso Suikoden) was my VERY first rpg
experience, and I am able to say that since it took my RPG virginity, no other
game has lived up to it, except maybe Suikoden II. Suikoden 3 was pretty good,
finsih IT. It sucked compared to the others, and I mean majorly, but it was
still pretty cool.
I actually liked Suikoden 3..
i hated the Trinity sight thing at first... but I really got to like seeing
things from different viewpoints, and having different main characters at time..
and they all got meshed together in the end anyway..
and no vioces I think was a plus in my opinion >__<

Really ? Oh, thanks for all your information about Suikoden. Why do you hate III ?
Will we find some characters from other Suikoden in the part IV ?

i havent finished of playing Suikoden 3, but i like it
yes that trinity system is awful because you have to talk again and again and again with almost the same people, you get tired of that sometimes
You're all right about the trinity system but it's quite original to see how a character can have its proper vision of an event. I like it !
