We own so many types of account that needs a pin number or password. For example, bank account, email account ....
So, I just wonder how often do people change their password.?

I only change password on certain account and leave the other untouch . For thoes account that I feel the needs to change frequently, I change them all the same time. Basically, every 3months, aline with the time I change my password in my work place.

I already do a search and didn't find similar post. If this is a repost, sorry.

often
i use password generator to make my pass
except my personal thing ^^'

I don't change my passwrods often...well, I only have some for forums and my mails...but I think I have to change my address and my password, I got 89 spam mails today!!

I have a general purpose password that I use for most things, and then some more specialised ones for the more important things like bank accounts and stuff, but I don't change them all that often. The only one I'm forced to change is the one at work and it's now really difficult to come up with new passwords as they have to be 10 chars long with special chars and stuff. Hard to remember them as well :)

One of my manager he develope a way to decode his password and he say it works well for him. He work for 15 yeas in 4 different companies.
I wish I can come up with a good scheme so that I don't have to pull my hear off my head to come up with all those password every 3 months. Lucky, I still have prenty of them attached on my head.............

I just have passwords for my emails, the forum and some sites that require you to register but i have around 3 common passwords and the rest, i just look for something that i'm currently downloading a lot and think up a keyword... but believe me, they're pretty hard to decode ^_^

i dont noe how to change it =(

Oh, I remember I read somewhere people talk about how they choose their password and one guy said that he almost went up to the roof when his girl friend tell him her password for her winxp account is "acb123".

I don't change passwords unless I'm required to. I'm just too lazy.

It is very advisable to use a passwords gen, I use them, but always I forget XD
For this reason, change my passwords very often :)

nearly never... I have just changed once because I inadvertantly typed a password to a msn friend instead of typing it on a site...

Heh heh... I rarely change my password! With such a bad memory... I'd never be able to open up anything! X_X;

I only change perhaps maybe once in a while, but rarely.

I do it because unfortunately - one time, a person decided to hack into my forum account and post as an imposter under my name. Tis sad, really... it's like they got no life - if they have any... anyways... lol

Speaking of which, MT has no option of changing any passwords like that around here. argh! ^^

Though I don't really mind - meh.

i use the same thing all the time, unless the password has been found out , when that happens, then I will try a new password, for all the stuff that needs the username and password. I use the same username too .

I don't change my passwords very often at all...

Probably never.

Once a month. Some try to invade my privacy.

I have seven different passwords and I use.
They all have varying security and decide which one to use depending on the security I need for that particular account.

i seldom change my passwords.. only if i need to change..
ayane hate troublesome stuffs.. OX

I never changed my password yet. I probably never will.

I have a universal password that I use for all my accounts. I don't really change often because I'll have to change every single one of them.

Never. I actually have one password so that I won't forget.

Never...Well almost never. :)

I just sort my accounts by what they are for and have the same password for all of them, and change them about once per two month.
